We are currently looking for a Finance & Accounts role for a leading Airline organization

Role - Finance & Accounts Manager

Designation - Manager

Experience - 6 to 10 Years

Education - CA qualified only

Team handling - No

Report to - Associate Director

Mandatory experience in Indian Accounting Standard

KRA's :

- Ensure timely books closure and review of Financials as per applicable IND AS and Companies Act for the related area

- Monthly review of GL accounts

- Preparation of Monthly MIS and variance analysis with excellent MS excel skills.

- Coordinate with Internal teams and outsourced partner for day-to-day accounting.

- Ensure all statutory compliance along with closure of Statutory Audit, Internal audit and IFC audits.

- Ensure direct and indirect taxation compliance

- Ensure compliance for related party transactions

- Employee advances review and follow up for closure with respective

- Physical verification, reconciliation & closure of gaps identified in FAR as per Company policy.

- Capitalization of assets and managing the complete FAR of the company

- Managing the employee reimbursement process

- Monitor & manage end to end payment process for both domestic & foreign vendors

- Ensure compliance of IFC's for payment process and SOPs

- Coordination with banks for payment processing and documentation

- Driving new initiatives / Projects / automation to make processed more effective

- Vendor reconciliations

Education and Experience Profile :

- Chartered Accountant & Bachelor's degree in Finance required.

- SAP experience is preferred.

- Ind AS knowledge is mandatory.

- Team handling experience.
