Job Description :

- As an Incharge of finance & accounts function for an Auto Dealership, managing the entire team working under him

- Should be able to handle current team strength of 12 Numbers

- Day to day transactions, preparations of MIS, Statutory compliances, Financial Accounts closure and another need based requirements by the management

- For day to day activities reporting to the CEO and Management of Client

- Also taking care of other assignments as per need related to Shared Services

- Tally, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet, Statutory Compliance, Audit, VAT, TDS, Sales Tax, Service Tax

- Perform other duties as assigned

Experience &Skills :

- In all 4 to 6 years with 2 to 3 years as an independent in charge of the Finance and Accounting activities for an Industrial up

- Experience in Auto Dealership preferred

- Knowledge on Statutory Compliance and Financial Management essential

- Should have worked as team lead, handling 5 to 7 team members

- Knowledge of Tally, Basic SAP, Advanced Excel

- Effective Time management

- Team Management and capability to define the process gap and set the required process improvement
