The position is for a Media & Advertising Company  Job Description:   - The Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining sound accounting procedures across operations in India, working in partnership with the outsourced finance team who provide support in processing of transactions, payroll services and tax compliance.   - The role reports to both the Regional Finance Director. The key areas of responsibilities includes:  Financial Accounting   Payroll   Contract Compliance And Working Capital   General:  - Supports the Managing Director in managing growth of local operations. Liaises with Client Services team to ensure accurate and up to date revenue forecasting and client billing.  - Ensures compliance with SOX regulations in all aspects of the finance teams- work and prepares month end SOX files for RFD review.   - Runs weekly finance meeting and maintains the forecast model for the office.   People & Team:  - Overall responsibility for office administration and HR matters.  - Understands office structure and roles of team members.  - Fosters communication and cohesion between internal teams and functions.  Internal/External Networks:  - Build ongoing rapport with regular clients and Employees.  - Provides helpful, friendly and accurate assistance to clients and internal employees.  Strategic And Innovative Thinking:  - Acts as a Finance Business Partner to Managing Director of Indian operations in providing analyses to support new business investment, resource building and other commercial matters.   - Identifies ways of improving financial procedures.  - Identifies innovative ways of cost saving.   Key Skills: Competencies:  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills   - Accuracy and excellent eye for detail   - Computer Literate - Advanced Excel skills and proficient in Word/PowerPoint   - Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines   - Bright and enthusiastic   - Advanced knowledge of financial accounting concepts   - Knowledge of financial accounting systems (Ezpz / Oracle)   - Experience with SOX regulations and requirements   - Fluent in English  Experience:  - Finance Manager in a similar type of Agency (Marketing/Design/Advertising)   For Details speak to Subrata Dey | mobile: +917698001494
