Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department including :
- Cash receipts & payments
- General ledger
- Payroll & utilities
- Budget preparation
- Revenue & expenditure variance analysis against budget
- Debt activity
- Assets reconciliation
- Monitor & analyze financial data and produce financial reports & statements (including P&L, balance sheet and cash flows)
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory dictates while fostering the company's business growth
- Support CEO and CFO in fund raising activities, as required.
