Hiring for the role of Manager - Finance and Accounting

Location: Delhi

Educational Qualification - CA

Experience - 7-12 Years

Industry - NBFC

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Familiarity in RBI Core Investment Company(CIC)/ Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) matters including preparation and filing of periodical statutory returns and to handle the RBI inspections, all the compliance matters which are applicable to CIC/NBFC's.

2. Submission of proposals for fresh loans and finalization of documents, arranging the security, providing KYC and other required documents for availing the loans.

3. Required good knowledge on the INDAS Financials, preparation of Monthly/quarterly/annual financials of the Companies/Trusts/LLP's, coordination with the Statutory Auditors till the finalization of the accounts from time to time.

4. Required knowledge on the GST matters and KYC compliance. Also Coordination with the Secretarial team on the ROC/MCA matters, compliances.

5. Required knowledge on the GST matters, Direct taxation, filing of E-TDS returns, completion of annual income tax returns etc.

6. Should have knowledge on the preparation and finalization of the INDAS consolidated financials for filing the annual returns and for submitting to the various lenders.
