Manager - Finance/Procurement/GSCM

Responsibilities:

- Business Partnering with Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) team, responsible for procurement of materials of INR ~5,000 Crs.

- Anchor the budgeting activity for GSCM and contribute in target setting activity in close coordination with CFO office,

- Monitor freight outward spend of ~200 Crs and report variances against budget including rate and mode variances,

- Use analytics to identify any cost redundancies in the pricing of Third-Party (TP) Vendors and support in optimizing the same through CFTs.

- Work with Procurement strategy team for regular benchmarking with external sources like Import-export data, published indices.

- Lead the agenda of working capital optimization using levers like periodic vendor pay terms review and adherence to agreed norms.

- To budget and monitor Cost Center (operational spend) of GSCM & GSCO.

- To prepare rolling forecast of freight spend for management review, based on demand forecasts and external developments
