Job Description :

Job Summary :

- The Talent Acquisition and Management Manager will be responsible for the implementation and coordination of recruiting strategies to achieve regional recruitment goals

- The role requires development of hiring plans, regional staffing initiatives, management of day to day operations and the efficient deployment of recruiters to appropriately meet the needs and goals of the organization.

- Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.

- Design, develop, communicate and manage strategic workforce plan for specific business unit or function in coordination with corporate strategy and directives

- Plan, manage, measure and evaluate recruiting efforts and strategy for specific BU

- Manage Recruiters, people and performance

- Manage internal hiring managers expectations

- Manage metrics and reports

- Involved in and manage senior level BU or functional searches

- Global coordination of talent acquisition people and processes

- Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.

- Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.

- Create effective strategic planning methods.

- Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets

- Work on organization development activities like Employee Satisfaction, Employer Branding, succession planning, Key Talent Identification.Work with HRBP on people strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 10 to 15 years experience in Recruitment and currently working as Manager Recruitment handling Field Sales Hiring.

- Must have done Field sales (B2B) hiring at least for 2 years

- Must be a doer (who can do smart search, talk to difficult candidates, headhunt, negotiate etc), who can coach team and earn respect due to value addition

- Must be data oriented who can work on excel and use data for meaningful information / actions

- Must be familiar with best practices in social media

- Must not be shy towards new age Tech hiring should be aware of latest skills

- Must be exposed to National level role or at least Regional

- Exposure to BPO / Telesales hiring will be preferred

- Exposure to Internal market hiring will be preferred.
