Description
- Setting the sales & operational strategy for India Field Sales. Evangelizing & driving an over-achievement culture.
- Defining goals, establishing metrics, measuring attainment of those goals and encourage / enforce their compliance. Ensure accuracy on forecasting & pipe-lining.
- 10 - 15 years proven service related corporate sales / Account management experience
- At least 2 - 4 years' experience of managing Sales / Account managers
