About the Role





As a Field Sales Manager for our solar loans division, you will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding installers to our platform, and converting leads to loan applications. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of loan sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The role requires a proactive approach, the ability to work independently, and a keen focus on achieving sales targets.

A brief list of your key contributions includes:

1. Onboard installers to our platform, ensuring they have a strong understanding of our product offering and sales process.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the solar loans division.

3. Convert leads to loan applications, guiding potential customers through the application process and working with the credit team to ensure smooth processing.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with installers and customers to promote repeat business and referrals.

5. Monitor market trends and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

6. Assist in direct sales of solar loans to MSMEs and residential customers, identifying potential customers and guiding them through the sales process.

What you'll bring to us:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in loan sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
