- Drive marketing efforts for all the products and services including BTL, events etc.
- Develop a regional field marketing agenda that drives sales with current customer base and achieves financial objectives
- Dealing with various agencies on all aspects of a campaign
- Generating clear briefs, reviewing work done, Leading and driving Core operations and smooth running of day to day jobs
- Interface with the regional sales team to integrate marketing and sales activities
- Gather and report market intelligence to the sales team
- Generate leads and drive sales
- Activation efficacy measurement with agencies and finalize deliverables KPIs
- Brand and Category Management: working with team (planogram, promotion, merchandising, communication) for Merchants (All types)
- Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales
- Flawlessly execute launches to gain maximum distribution with optimum brand visibility. Participate in relevant trade exhibition to gain mileage.
- Work to develop trade communications - traditional and digital
- Represent the organization at regional events with customers, employees, and vendor partners
- Record and track regional ROI and ensure positive results for the region
- Understand the region's competitive landscape
- 3-4 years experience in field marketing
- Should be from a good B School
- Should be non-averse to travelling
