Key role - Factory Controllership and P & L & costing Analysis

- Preparation of monthly P&L and analysis of item wise variance with Annual plan.

- Monthly product wise Costing & variance analysis for Standards V/s Actual cost.

- Analysis for usages & rate variance with monthly trend chart.

- Executive summery circulation to management with compilation of monthly performance of all departments for factory.

Indirect Taxation :

- Looking after all taxation matters including Excise, VAT, CST, Entry Tax, Service Tax, WCT, TDS, TCS with filling of returns and ensuring all compliances.

- Annual Statistical Dept. data, CMIE data submission & other requirements of statutory bodies.

MIS & Other Reports - Various reports :

- Publish Monthly dashboard with track of critical indicators of performance

- Weekly production & productivity trend chart for key products.

- Monthly flash reports for plant performance with project /key work updates.

Project Accounting & Fixed Assets Controllership :

Atomized control of all CAR for Approval V/s Actual expenses through internal orders, Capitalization of Assets with installation reports & Tagging Assets numbers. Monthly Fixed Assets register preparation with annual fixed assets verification

Trial balance Review & controlling:

Monthly trial balance review for hygiene and errors, clearing of GR-IR accounts with ageing analysis of all liabilities, Reconciliation of Trial balance with Monthly MIS.

OH Budgetary Control and Analysis :

Forwarding of proposals for Capex spend to management for approval, Tracking of monthly spend against plan & reporting, installed SAP based OH tracking of plan V/s actual spend and eliminated manual tracking of spend.

Audits :

Coordinating for all internal audits with internal audit teams and External audits like Cost audit, Tax audit, Inventory verification by statutory auditors.

Inventory control :

Physical stock verification and material reconciliation of SAP V/s Physical stock, with reports of Obsolete, defective & inventory ageing.

SAP related Task :

Coordination for all SAP related problems & improvements with helpdesk team, done configuration of new plant & BA with all testing, Control of material & vendor masters.

Insurance:

Annual insurance proposal preparation for all assets and monthly review for same.
