Manager - Facility & Admin - BFS

- Managing the FM Hard Services of ENBD India across locations in India.

- Overall operational responsibility of FM Hard Services, Facilities Management Services across office premises, office infrastructure, UPS, signboards etc.

- Branch Opening / Closure including reinstatement, landlord clearance, authorities' clearance, and logistic services.

- Procurement and contract management relevant to Facilities includes preparation of SOW, define SLA and monitor KPI, TAT, Service analysis, evaluation etc.

- Manging the small relocations and shifting of office furniture from one location to another location as per business request.

- Working with Admin / Security team on day to day operations related to premises FM issues like arrangement of civil work through service provider / vendor as per local requirements and also coordinating with Security team to arrange require police permits to do any work after working hours inside banks premises / branches.

- Working and providing full support to Group Marketing and CSR team in day to day operations related to premises FM issues and new initiatives.

- Provide full support to Group IT team in day to day operations related to premises FM issues, new initiatives and new office setup requirement.

- Follow up with service provider for all the pending issues related to premises.

- Managing the ENBD Branches minor renovations works through service provider or directly with the fit out vendor.

- Supporting HOP projects team in obtaining the quotes as per business request and doing full evaluation on vendor quotes prior to send for business approval.

- On site visit during the renovation works to assess the project work in progress.

- Providing full support to our stakeholders like in terms of any MEP maintenance related works as well as the new requirement for office renovations (furniture/fixture) etc..

- Managing and monitoring the Air Conditioning up gradation projects through service provider and directly with AC companies.

- To handle the situation in all emergency cases with onsite presence to complete all the works and have the premises go on live ASAP.

- Examine the premises condition survey reports ad take appropriate action for the solution

- Health and Safety includes ensuring authorities regulation, statutory requirements etc.,

- To establish Health and Safety Unit and emergency safety response infrastructure. To conducts fire drills in order to improve response capability. To train the staff and conducts audits for improvement and comply with regularity authorities.

- Support to the special project includes MEP assessment, MEP design evaluation etc.,

- Managing the entire Housekeeping activities, pest control issues, rectification through pest control vendor and taking action on escalations from ENBD branches & office and other stake holders.

- Evaluating the building assets and make a plan and present the budget for approval for further enhancements like chiller, replacement etc.

- Monitoring and updating the Customer Service Feedback thru Service provider, by self, online QR feedback etc.

- Monitoring the record reactive and proactive calls and enhance the process to increase the proactive and reduce the reactive calls

- To set revised and improved policy and procedure for hard services.

- To implement Six Sigma strategy to focus on process improvement and efficiencies; where possible / applicable.

- To handle the outsourced vendor efficiently.

- To manage the overall, spend related to entire Facilities Management / Administration Dept etc.

- To develop a business development strategy focused on minimized spend and improved quality.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers / vendors.

- To implement and manage strategies to contribute to Bank's Energy Savings initiatives.

- Ensuring that the contractors and service providers are delivering the right services to the customer (Internal stakeholders).

- Ensure the Office and Bank staffs are provided with adequate and qualitative Facilities Services.
