Job title : Manager F&A Quality

Location : Chennai

Job role:

- Identify the key factors which will have impact on SLAs by way of regression and continuously monitor the same by way of control charts

- Identify the failure mode involved in the processes and help them to mitigate the risk through RCCA, FMEA SWOT/PEST analysis

- Perform the yield analysis to identify the processes where there is a dip in productivity

- Apply Lean techniques to reduce cycle time, wait time and increase productivity

- Help the operations team to reduce their cost by looking at the various levers of span, seat utilization, FTE releases, transport cost, technology costs

- Conduct workshops to identify and prioritize the improvement area

- Coordinate between the process teams and the automation team to help convert the ideas into meaningful projects and be responsible for its closure to realize benefits within defined timelines

- Develop a control plan for ensuring the ongoing success of the improved process including the transfer of responsibility from the project team to the process owner

- Help creation of process PTP, RTR and OTC specific toolkits, best practices and methodologies to enable standardize the off shored processes or related delivery

- Closely work with client and business leaders to identify and execute transformation opportunities.

- Drive cross functional teams to deliver transformation projects

- Helping the offshore team for creating the Centers of Excellence

Skills required:

- Should be a post graduate with minimum of 7+yrs of work experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, process excellence, process reengineering, business transformation etc in Finance and Accounts domain

- Should be a certified BB / MBB professional.
