About the Role:
1. Business development. Explore new opportunities in assigned territory for excipients. Will handle BD for Pharmaceutical (non-API), Chemical, Cosmetic and Food customers
2. Day to day customer visit plan & exploring new business opportunities.
3. Sales and collections: Meet monthly & annual sales & collections as per the given targets.
4. Customer service.
5. BD planning, technical presentation, Order planning & co-ordination.
6. Develop additional applications across food industry spectrum.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Business Development & marketing of organization's exports Business.
- Give Weekly & Monthly sales & collection Planning.
- Managing Customers.
- Managing Account receivables.
- Identify new leads/prospects and converting them to business.
- Submission of quotations, Proforma Invoices & sales orders.
- Follow up with customer for orders/purchase orders/Payments.
- Planning of month orders & dispatches by co-ordination with Factory & reporting Manager for timely
dispatches.
- Evaluating the marketing strategy & keep updated on market intelligence.
- Maintain discipline & healthy relationship with customers & all staff members of organization.
- Maintain average price and sales as per given target.
Qualification & Experience :
B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy; MBA in marketing is preferred
Should have 8 to 12 years' experience in exports business from the pharma, API or Excipient industry with exposure in managing international geographies like SEA (South East Asia) or LATAM ( Latin America)
