Manager - Exports - International Markets - FMCG/Consumer Durables

Position Summary:

Manage Retail Marketing for International Markets - South Asia, Middle East & Potential New Markets. Overall P&L Responsibility for 2 Key Markets . For Key Market, the person would be responsible for sales/ distributor management across all channel including Horeca Sales also.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Develop / Conceptualize Annual Marketing plan to drive the retail business for the company in International markets.

- Appoint / Work with ATL / BTL agencies to develop / monitor the execution of periodic marketing campaigns to drive retail business in different geographies

- Packaging Designing / Development as per local market compliances / needs involving cross-functional coordination internally and externally.

- Drive consumer understanding for overall brand as well as the focus portfolio categories, thereby enabling new product introductions, product development, and developing campaigns.

- Drive Volume Growth across key regions to deliver on annual marketing plan.

- Conducting market research and supporting the commercial team with research inputs on Consumer insights, etc.

- Achieve Top Line / Bottom Line for Retail Channel.

- Manage budget and P& drivers for the category.

- Participating in Demand Planning and S&OP processes.

Additional Responsibilities

- P&L responsibility for 1-2 Key International markets.

- Distributor/ customer Management for Retail / Horeca and QSR channels in key market.

- Support sales team in developing / execution of marketing plans for horeca/FS channel.

Requirements:

Academic:

Must have:

- Master's degree in business administration or equivalent

- International Marketing Experience

- 5 + Years of Work Experience in FMCG/ Consumer Durables

Professional/Technical Accreditations:

- Category Management & driving consumption

- Has innovation role experience

- Has Digital Marketing Experience

- 1-2 years International sales experience
