Key Responsibilities:

- Manage existing distributor relationships, providing support, training, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in target markets to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings to meet international market needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with distributors to maximize profitability and brand visibility.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in export management within the FMCG industry, especially in food and beverage products.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
