The role is with a leading Lubricant Group which has manufacturing setups of Base Oil at Dubai.

Role Requirement :

- Must have previously worked as an Export Sales Manager or similar role in an organisation which is Manufacturing or Trading in BASE OILs viz is Raw materials for Lube Oil Industry in any REGION of INDIA, UAE or Pakistan.

- The Candidate should have worked in the similar role in Competition companies such as PANAMA, GANDHAR, SAVITA, APAR, COLUMBIA or RAJ PETRO or similar players in INDIA.

- Must have immense knowledge of Group 1,2 and 3 Base oils, Rubber processing oils and REREFINED Base Oils.

- Position- Sales & Business Development Manager- BASE OILS and RAW MATERIALS for LUBE OIL BLENDING and MANUFACTURING

Experience : 5-6Years

Qualifications : Any Technical Degree/Chemical Engineers with MBA-International Business.

Experience in the marketing of BASE OILS in the below industry segments :

a. Lube oil blending plants


b. Oilfield chemicals blending plants

c. Industrial manufacturing plants

d. Traders and distributors

e. Expertise in region of sale: africa, middle east, latam uae domestic marke


Job DESCRIPTION :

- To Single Handedly be responsible for Sales and Marketing for our BASE OILS and manage the Product PNL for the group.

- Strong aptitude in Sales with Trading Background is a prerequisite for this post.

- Should have immense knowledge on the application areas and be very well versed with major consumption patterns in the region of sales mentioned above.

- Should be experienced in Group 1, 2 and 3 Base Oils Quality levels and Trade lanes.

- Should have immense exposure to the key clients in markets and development of Channel Sales.

- Must be able to Manage our team of Junior BDMS placed around Africa and Middle East and navigate the prices and regulate enquiries.

Other roles and responsibilities include :

- Resourceful & career oriented professional with experience of more than 4-5 year in Sales & Marketing function, both B2B and B2C in UAE and GCC Markets.

- Please apply for this position if you have handled marketing of BASE OILS in the past with knowledge of Lubricant blending and associated Chemicals and its applications.

- Comprehensive strengths in Supply Chain Functions, By road and SEA shipments, Market Analysis, Projecting demand and Supply, People Management and Sales Strategy Development

- Functional knowledge of approaching and Onboarding new and potential accounts, managing Sales and increasing Sales growth

- Highly skilled in creating and implementing sales calls, emails and have a motivated, proactive attitude towards business enquiries.

- Must have a driving license.

- Must have knowledge of Government procedures and policies for BASE OIL Sales, Ports and customs rules and regulations, Land Transport and Border regulations.

- Customer Negotiation and End to End follow up with orders, tenders and price negotiations.

- Sales Reports Preparation

Job Description :

- Constantly develop existing sales to generate sustainable growth & Identify customer's needs, book appointments and explain company's products & services. Directly communicated with customers via telephone following a field visit

- Responsible for selling a variety of solvents & chemicals to different industries such as Paint Manufacturing, Printing and Packaging & Adhesives.

- Reporting to Management and submitting activity/Result reports such as daily call reports, weekly task reports, monthly territory analysis and customer wise sales report.

- Monitoring Competition in the market by gathering crucial information on competitor pricing, substitute alternatives available, delivery schedules and payment alternatives

- Servicing current customers, obtaining orders and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call.

- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.

- Developing and growing the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.

- Managing sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.

- Accumulating the sales of Industrial chemicals/ solvents and maximizing all revenue opportunities through analyzing local market trends and developing new business leads.

- Performing client acquisition, existing customer retention, and operations

- Developing marketing strategy and understanding current and existing client requirements

- Coordinating with transporters and shipping agents and optimizing the mix for efficiency at work.
