Position Title: Manager- Export (International sales)

Minimum Job Requirements

Require sales experience in South East Asia region- Mandatory

Educational Qualification: MBA (International Sales)

Experience : 5 year to 9 year of exp. in a Large consumer durable or FMCG company

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

- Incumbent must possess exp. between 5-9 years in international business development with exposure in Channel/Distribution network.

- Must have acumen in developing Identification of prospective countries and buyers (MNC sales and overseas distributor sales). This position requires travel in order to assist the head of department in developing/achieving business objectives. To conduct Negotiation on price, terms and conditions with buyers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Revenue Enhancement from Existing and New Clients

- To Increase channel sales from existing clients in the South East Asia region (Both Volume and Value).

- To establish new distributors in untapped markets to increase distributor coverage.

- Resolve pending distributors issues

- Scout and qualify new distributors

- Drive chain addition in org. markets

- Manage distributors order placement and engulfment

- Designs trade spends, retails schemes

- Defines marketing. plan for market

- Identifies marketing. avenues and spend allocation

- Drives execution through ISM

- Validates distributors marketing spend

- Prepares action plan basis market information
