- Responsible for Import/Export Ground Operations as well as Customs Compliance in India. This involves ensuring the smooth flow of import and export clearance through efficient, predictable, cost effective, and compliant manner. - Defines and drives Customs operations programs and agenda including but not limited to predictable import/export clearance, trade facilitation and controls, record keeping and reporting, broker management, and risk management/audit. - Collaborates heavily with Customs and International Trade Group and works very closely with the rest of the business - Broker Management and Operations - Import and Export Clearance Operations - Maintains Performance, Quality, Cost, and Compliance Indicators and drives for action - Helps Drives Risk Management program including risk assessments and audits
