Manager/Expert - Supply Chain - D2C - Skincare (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager/Expert to support the business at Foxtale. You will own developing business plans and oversee supply chain and inventory management. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost structure of the businesses. This position will be responsible for leading end to end order management, fulfillment (B2B, D2C) for orders coming through the marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra) and brand website. Responsibilities include executing inventory strategies to optimize customer experience, sales, margin and turns. The ideal manager will be focused on delivering high availability rates to achieve aggressive growth plans. They will audit and when necessary dive deep into the core drivers of supply chain performance. This role entails interaction with warehouse, factory, marketplace and last mile partners and operations business partners across Foxtale.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers. Raising the bar on consumer experience will be the core KPI. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key.

A successful supply chain manager must:

- Manage inventory availability and inventory health

- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost structure of the business

- Perform complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitability

- Partner with internal teams to develop tools, automation, and process improvements that affect purchasing and vendor management workflows


- Bachelor's degree Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline and 2+ years of professional experience (freshers are also encouraged to apply)

- Experience using Microsoft Excel

-Data analysis, problem solving and project management skills


- 3+ years of business experience in inventory management, operations, or finance

- Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done

-High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
