Job Description :

- Effective Management of EXPORT and IMPORT shipments, PROACTIVE FOLLOW UP and ensuring ERROR FREE DOCUMENTATION towards Zero demur rage and detention

- Full exercise of control over Export /Import shipments with respect to Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Deliveries as expected

- Close coordination and effective follow up with Projects/Sales team towards dispatch clearance and shipment planning

- Coordination / Networking with Major Suppliers viz FFW/Sslines/Airlines/Xcargo Agents/Transporters towards better buying, effective logistics solutions, contract validation and Smooth operations overall

- Effective management and supervision of sub staff in the EXIM department, Motivation, Appraisal as L1 and Identification of Training needs

- Be informed of all IT and Internal System Protocols in order to extract/monitor and forecast towards shipment planning and Effective coordination with stakeholders for dispatch/shipping

- Handing of Day to Day communication (both Oral/Written/Electronic) with All stake holders and Ensuring response as desired

- Monthly Evaluation of Vendor/Supplier performances, Conducting QBR and suggest improvements as fit
