REQUIREMENT:

- DJBH Global is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

- Sales Executive is responsible for growing a network of prospects to acquire new sales partners and to develop strong relationships with clients to maximize revenue. We are looking for someone having expertise in sales and alongside having a deep technical and market knowledge of BIM & AEC Industry.

- Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential.

- Oversee inbound lead flow, qualify leads, and set appointments.

- Set up different warm lead campaigns to maintain lead consistency.

- Track deals and company stats

- Responsible for generating leads from BIM Industry and project closures.

- Must be able to work on projects for BIM Manpower outsourcing and their deployment requirements

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience into AEC industry/BIM is mandatory.

- Market and Technical knowledge of BIM Industry is mandatory.

- Expertise in Lead Generation and end to end client management.

- Have exp. of taking up client meetings and then on-boarding.

- Being able to bring BIM Manpower deployment requirements.

- Competency in English must be high.

- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

- Ability to create fine looking company branded ppts and the ability to deliver presentations to nail the projects.

- Fast learner and a quick thinker.

- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree or relevant vocational certificate

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

- Team Leader with managerial experience.

- Critical Thinking
