- 3-9 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience in IT Staffing / IT Solutions / IT Services companies.

- Very strong communication and networking skills.

- Individual contributor role. Should be able to pursue a lead and take it to closure.

- Open to travel, meet customers and drive the sales process.

- Should be a very good team player. Ability to involve TechnoGen Practice/SMEs and drive sales process / lead closure.

- Represent TechnoGen in events, consortiums, professional association groups/forums.
