Focus, Scope, & Impact:

- Lead RED implementation across INSWA: Together with Bottler RED champions roll-out RED as per plan across all regions in INSWA. Manage relationship with external agencies, prepare the roll-out plans; deliver RED presentation to the Bottler Sales team and TCCC/Bottler management. Monitor and consolidate RED results; distribute reports, constantly update the RED Process documentation, definitions and next-steps.

- Design a comparable One Number Score (ONS) to consistently measure execution across partners and regions to drive an execution culture

- Ensure Global Best practices are leveraged in INSWA: Support RED implementations across INSWA (including RED@Global), leveraging knowledge of all RED Processes, tools and best. Interact with Group and Global RED community to capture and share best practices of all correlated Segmented Execution capabilities (beyond RED Process Implementation). i.e.: sales, merchandising, training, information systems, scorecards, tools, reports and routines.

- Contribute to Bottler RED Capabilities Development: Create and share Training Materials on RED especially for Analysts, Team Leaders, and Sales rep. Support C&CL Director on conduction of Trainings, Workshops and all Meetings related to RED and overall Sales Capabilities Development.

- Collaborate on Picture of Success development: Provide and identify opportunities through RED tracking information and analysis; provide input to TCCC and CCH Marketing and CCL on Picture of Success adjustments.

- Actively participating in Business Planning process: Provide RED inputs to help develop the annual business plan for Segmented Execution/RED. Conduct sales and financial analysis of RED Process.

- Manage RED budget: Monitor RED expenses vs budget; constantly ensure best prices from the audit agencies.

- Coordinate legal and financial paperwork with the Bottler in line with agreed 50/50 RED cost sharing.

- Drive external focus bringing in learnings from other marketing/industries etc. on how best to measure and understand the efficacy of our execution in market.

- The position is expected to bring certain level of innovation, ensuring that RED processes and routines are effectively adapted to local specifics, especially to Bottler and external agencies capabilities. The role also owns decisions on the best external audit agency to secure lower cost and better quality of data

Scope: Cross OU role with influence across all bottling partners

Qualifications & Requirements

5-7 years of Experience in analytics. Proven understanding and effectiveness with Sales, Marketing, Bottler management and commercial strategies. Bottler Experience or experience with RED is a big plus. Agency or field work experience would be useful.

Communication Focus

The number and complexity of the interactions in this position is quite high. Typically this position will interact frequently with:

- Bottler (CCH) Commercial Capabilities Director, RED Manager, T&D Manager

- BU Marketing and Strategy teams and Insights Vertical

- EAG and Global CCL

- Global RED community

- Bottler Country Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Franchise Managers/Cluster Managers/corporate Mangers

- External: audit agencies (General Managers, Project and Function Managers)
