Designation: Manager - Ethics - Diversity & Inclusion- POSH

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10-12 years

- Researching and advising on diversity and inclusion issues and creating programs, training, and values around the organization

- Identifying external trends and recognizing best practices that will increase diversity among the workforce

- Collaborates with senior leaders to integrate diversity best practices into institutional employment and workplace practices

- Manage hiring & training of PWD staff at stores

- Promote a work environment that is accepting, emphasizes teamwork, a respect for differences, and gives constructive feedback

- Handle POSH cases and represent the POSH committee

- Drive Ethics agenda for the organization, handle the cases and represent the Ethics committee

- Program manages the Employee Wellness Agenda for the organization

- Reviewing the organization's workplace, policies, and procedures, ensuring that these are all-inclusive

- Assist with diversity analytics, including benchmarking, tracking metrics, analyzing and generating diversity reporting for the various audience to highlight trends and demonstrate the impact of D&I programs and initiatives

- Build strategic thinking and leverage projects such as Talent Management Framework, Health and Wellness Policy and Diversity Projects to demonstrate strategic thinking mindset.

- Organize POSH workshops and awareness programs at regular intervals for sensitizing the employees with the provisions of the Act and orientation programs for the HO and Store employees.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

- MBA - HR

- Should have 10 + years of relevant experience in D&I
