Manager - Estimation - Manufacturing Firm

We are hiring for Estimation Manager for one of the reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Estimation of requirements, Costing, Pricing while collaborating with Design, Vendoring,

- Purchase Optimization of costs & desired solution

- Assists Sales in Bid - No Bid decision.

- Assists Sales in proposal preparation.

- Nourishes & administers team of Estimation Engr's. -

- Negotiations with vendors, internal suppliers -

- Due diligence with Sales, Customers &stake holders for said Sales case.

- Ensures timelines for cost-price preparation.

- Keeps close tab on material cost + forex movement in the market and updates / guides Sales -

- Refreshing, validating / modifying cost base & estimation method with help of system Administrator -

- Support in Product Feature - New Product development

Education:

- B.E. (Mechanical) or BE (Electrical & Electronics) (must)

- Must -> MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT preparation), Autocad, MS Teams/Zoom, Presentation Skills

Optional -> Solid works / STAAD / Inventor

Experience: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience with Material Handling Equipment (Stacker-Reclaimers, Unloaders, Container handling Cranes STS-Straddle Carriers), Engineering, Heavy Machinery, Engineered Electro-mechanical Equipment's
