Escrow implementation manager

1. Escrow product Implementation will play a crucial role throughout the Onboarding process and in contributing to the smooth implementation/integration of Escrow Product under the Cash Management solution

2. Interact with multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Sales/Client coverage, Operations, Support, Legal/Compliance and be responsible for end to end client Project delivery in Escrow client implementations.

3. Conceptualize and implement Escrow Business Solutions for the Transaction Banking Group to standardize operations and service activities.

4. Implement the defined client level processes and ensure that systems are in place to measure implementation.

5. Ensuring Escrow product client implementations are completed within TATs defined by the Bank.

6. Communicates implementation progress to internal as well as external stakeholders.

7. Prior experience in the Escrow implementation / having sound knowledge in the Escrow field is preferred.

8. Manage end to end implementation and integration of Escrow products.

9. Expertise in Project Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering in a Banking or Financial Service Industry
