Manager - Equity Research - BFSI

- Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the account. Managing a team of offshore research analysts supporting a marquee sell-side research broker

- Provide analytical leadership on deliverables for sell-side firms such as research reports, financial modelling, responding to corporate events, marketing decks, etc.

Responsibilities:

- Client, team and project management.

- Client responsibilities will include interacting with client management team for all operational activities, providing solutions to client, and sharing best practices

- Team & Account management would include, but not limited to, service delivery, staffing, talent retention, training & development of the team, coaching, sharing of best practices, providing feedback, appraisal management, managing aspirations, etc.

- Undertake regular liaison with client management and analyst teams to gauge feedback and satisfaction

- Supporting thought leadership and content building exercises in investment research areas.
