- This role is based out of the Enterprise Technology CoE which sits in the broader "Incubation Center" umbrella. Enterprise Technology (ET) CoE works closely with the ET experts and consulting teams to serve leading companies across domains such as Tech strategy and roadmap, Cybersecurity, Tech operating model, Delivery Assurance and Application rationalization.

- The team is primarily focused on collaborating with practice/ case teams on the development and deployment of industry specific analytical products to answer strategic questions of HC clients. Incubation Center is where we support the creation and scale-up of new CoEs and comprises of many budding COEs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

- Work with Practice Leaders on building core IP and contribute via thought leadership for Enterprise Technology

- Build expertise in core Enterprise Technology areas to guide and drive insights for case teams

- Be a strategic leader, take responsibility of sharing appropriate information within work streams and developing team members for key leadership roles on teams

- Provide significant direction and support to resolve complex issues and effectively manage client and team across work streams

- Part of the management team and leads other office initiatives such as recruiting, training, business strategy

- Leads a couple of teams comprising of Project Leaders, Associates and Analysts to execute multiple cases simultaneously

- Take responsibility for staffing and assigning specific work streams, while monitoring and managing workload

- Proficient at identifying and using the relevant analytical tools and ensure zero-defect and quality work delivery

- Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations

- Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions

- Effectively manages client and team meetings and deliver clear and professional presentations to the team, team leaders and managers/partners across the system

- Responsible for assigning work streams. Monitors and manages workload and resolves overloads

- Proficient at identifying and using the relevant analytical tools and ensure zero-defect in all work streams

- Consistently provide responsible feedback in all interactions and recognizes team's development needs

ABOUT YOU :

Qualification & expertise :

- B. Com, B.E., B.Tech. and/or MBA with strong academic records

- Work experience range in case highest qualification is undergraduate studies ; 8 to 11 years of relevant experience (2-3+ years of progressive roles in management consulting)

- Work experience range in case highest qualification is postgraduate studies ; 6 to 9 years of relevant experience (2-3+ years of progressive roles in management consulting)

- Incumbent should be familiar with IT landscape, having worked with an IT service provider, internal IT of a big organization, or in IT consulting space

- Incumbent should be able to engage with client on strategic decisions required for enterprise IT implementation/transformation

- Excellent in work planning, communication skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and complex issues

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other specific tools like Tableau, Alteryx

- Experience and results track record in research field across a broad range of industries
