Manager - Enterprise Sales - Trucking/Freight/Logistics Industry

About the client:

TT Logistics & Cargo is a flagship of TTK Group, established in 1984 to offer comprehensive and customized air cargo business process management solutions. Our client is helping organisations reduce their carbon footprint by providing sustainable means of transportation.

Sales:

- Sales: Lead generation to conversion of major full truck load clients who are already not existing customers

- Own revenue targets & formulate annual, quarterly, monthly plans with leadership team

- Leverage analytics to drive improvement on multiple dimensions

- Pricing: Developing customized & profitable pricing strategies for new geographies, industries

- Commercial structuring: Work closely with Business Development team to develop and roll out the right commercial structures with clients

- Client level Solution building: Help BD team cater to customized client requirements (for very large clients) and enabling product teams build the necessary features/capabilities through a framework to prioritize and pursue such efforts that will enable maximum benefit to the company

Enterprise Sales / Sales Strategy:

- Develop sales strategy along with head of Enterprise sales

- Build and maintain the required market intelligence including sector specific/region specific opportunities, their size, capabilities required etc.

- Product enhancement & new product launch

- Champion product life cycle (pricing, go to market, product requirements) for new products

Expectations from candidate:

- 5+ years of logistics sales experience in trucking / freight / logistics industry is a must

- Self starter with the drive and motivation to set up the mechanisms in place to ensure the company achieves its sales and profitability targets.
