JOB DESCRIPTION

Position / Grade : Manager

Department, Function : Enterprise Mobility

Location : Delhi

Reports to (Position) : Chief Manager - Enterprise Sales

Job Summary (The primary purpose or objectives and an overall description of the position) :


Key objective:

- Lead large and medium businesses and work strategically with key customers, key focus B2B resellers and Channel partners with a large B2B footprint

- Engage with CXO's of the Key Accounts to drive attachment of plans on new devices of various OEMs getting procured as well as existing devices being used by employees/company.

- Understanding the Enterprise market within these accounts and build suitable business development plans to maximize sales opportunities within these accounts.

List The Duties and Responsibilities (That are significant in achieving the objectives of the job):

- Handling Enterprise Channel Network of sellers / resellers

- Partner Selection and Appointment

- Daily channel operations management.

- Ensuring enough funnel of B2B calls are maintained by Partner's team

- Manage and facilitate collections from channel partners as per company policy

- Meeting Key accounts directly for business and crack the order. The Key account management and relationship ownership has to be strongly maintained.

- Achieving Targets

- Value targets

- Volume targets

- Across product Mix

- Team building and management - manage and drive performance through the team

- Coordination with various departments, like Operations, IT, Mktg, Finance etc. to extend seamless customer onboarding, activation and customer experience.

- Providing regular and timely feedbacks from Customers and Business Partners

Experience Required (Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience required Please also state what might be desirous / advantageous):

- Minimum 6-8 years in managing enterprise or large accounts.

- Must have worked with laptop / mobile company managing enterprise business

- Exposure with Enterprise customer and managing channel partner is must

- Experience in working with key stakeholders of large/medium account

- Must have worked in Telecom segment with experience of selling Smartphones/Tablets/laptops in bulk.

- Experience and expertise in the telecom segment both through direct sales to end customers as well as sales through Channel/business partners

- Excellent communication & presentation skills with negotiation capabilities

Academia (The minimum / critical qualifications you deem necessary for this profile.) :


- MBA with strong academic back ground

- Highly self-motivated and directed to work in unstructured start up scenario to build and create business.

- Strong relationship skills with trade and channel partners

- Keen attention to details with strong process management skills

- High bias for quality execution & speed

- Superior market knowledge with strong grip on customer and competition
