FIRM : Nexus funded logistics start up LOCATION : Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad ROLE : Role Description : Enterprise Sales Manager The firm is looking to hire an exceptional sales person who will be focused on our largest enterprise clients and opportunities. A successful candidate will understand clients- business objectives and act as a trusted advisor in the client's context. They will gather customer requests and requirements along with the Customer Success Managers, and other internal teams to help align our product roadmap with client valueexpectations. This individual will communicate effectively to CXO level counterparts at Global Companies and F500s, and the managers of multiple departments in these organizations. They will have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. Own the full sales cycle from lead to close 2. Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at F500s and Bluechips 3. Foster new relationships through outbound efforts 4. Generate inbound interest 5. Help educate customers on the value throughout the adoption cycle, in conjunction with the Customer Success Team 6. Navigate key decision makers to build awareness within large and medium-sized organizations 7. Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, implementation, and renewal 8. Initiate, negotiate and close new and renewal contracts with customers 9. Communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, on-boarding, and technical inquiries 10. Build strategic adoption plans for customers in collaboration with different teams (Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc.) 11. Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases 12. Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends 13. Provide recommendations based on customers' business needs and usage patterns to Product Team 14. Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer delight 15. Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product Requirements : 1. 8-10 years of relevant sales experience preferably in a top-tier Enterprise SaaS company/Consulting Firm 2. Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts 3. Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization 4. Excellent time management skills 5. Proven negotiation and closing skills 6. Strong track record of navigating within large and mid-market organizations 7. Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively 8. Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications, collaboration technology, operations management technology, analytics platforms, and/or workflow technologies 9. History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment 10. Ability to grow business in a strategic manner including demand generation 11. Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite 12. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process 13. Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships 14. Ability to be flexible and adaptive 15. Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred 16. Significant travel required
