Enterprise Sales Manager


We are hiring Enterprise Sales Managers for the company a Global Trade Platform for Importers, Exporters, and Freight Forwarders.

- Looking for someone who will act as a champion for our company's growth as we build a a diverse and high-performance team

- Business Development : This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance the environment which emphasizes spreading Cogoport's unique way of doing business with the enterprise customers.

- Present Cogoport to key Decision-makers : You would need to understand the Cogoport Value offerings deeply and be able to pitch to Heads of Logistics or C-level Executives of Fortune 500 and High Turnover Indian companies.

- Account lifecycle management : Be able to map the account (end users, influencers, decision-makers) and plan the sales process from initial demo to closure and transition to Key account management within a defined timeline.

- Bidding the inquiry processes : You would need to participate in the end-to-end request-for-quotation process for the enterprises.

- Maximizing the Revenues : You would need to coordinate and close all contractual documentation for closure and revenue collection. Respond to all client-related matters, from contractual agreements, solution implementation and service performance, to service enhancements and new business opportunities, to get the most out of each customer account.

Qualifications :

- MBA from top-tiered management Institutes (IIMs, FMS, MDI, ISB etc.) (Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)

- 4+ years of experience in consultative Sales.


- Experience in industries with high import and export movements such as White goods, Automobiles, Textiles, etc. would be preferred.

- Prior understanding of logistics, freight, or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.

- Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, negotiating and closing complex deals

- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles from beginning to end.

- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, be able to convince prospects.

- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation, and Business acumen.
