- Execute sales strategy and develop action plans in line with strategic priorities. Actively manage the implementation of price strategy and build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Plan and execute meetings with the customers (FMCG, paints, fertilizers, etc. brands,). Responsible for team management, retention, performance and productivity across the team.
- Understand client needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate brand`s value proposition at the executive level. Out-of-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics and to build a stellar sales pipeline.
- Mentor sales team members and ensure their respective education and development and enables cross-selling opportunities to achieve full business potential.
- Should have good experience from B2B/SaaS enterprise sales management. The candidate must understand working in sustainable circular economy.
