Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to drive our growth in the large enterprise segment. This is a strategic role where you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, with a target of achieving USD 1 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You'll have the autonomy to build a robust pipeline, develop key relationships, and deliver compelling solutions that address the complex needs of our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive Lead Generation: Identify, research, and cultivate high-potential enterprise accounts through a combination of strategic outreach, networking, industry events, and collaboration with marketing initiatives.
- Lead Qualification: Thoroughly assess the needs, challenges, and t of potential enterprise clients, effectively qualifying leads to ensure alignment with company solutions and target market.
- Strategic Account Planning: Design and execute tailored sales strategies for key enterprise accounts, aligning long-term relationship building with aggressive revenue goals.
- Consultative Selling: Position yourself as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client pain points and demonstrating how company solutions provide clear ROI and address complex business challenges.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of the organisation technologies and contently engage in technical conversations with IT decision-makers. Compelling Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to C-suite executives and key stakeholders, effectively highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Masterfully negotiate complex deals, secure portable contracts, and overcome objections to achieve the ambitious revenue target. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and contribute to strategic sales planning.
- Proven Enterprise Sales Success: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a consistent record of exceeding sales quotas. Experience in AI or related technology domains is strongly preferred.
