We @ Blewminds are currently hiring for Enterprise sales manager for one of our prestigious clients based out of Gurgaon
A leading e-publishing organisation offering e-content and digital library solutions that curates and integrates high-quality academic content. Its cloud-based digital platform integrates all e-resources on an - easy-to-find- platform enabling libraries to build their online presence and meet the demands of the users who are migrating online to consume knowledge content.
Role and Responsibilities:
Meeting and Surpassing the mutually agreed sales budgets / targets
- Managing and growing an academic/corporate business.
- Develop relationships at the highest levels in the customer's organization.
- Identify & Close new academic / corporate sales opportunities
- Develop strong product knowledge of products
- Be in touch with market realities and challenges that affect the academic/corporate sales
- Strong understanding of Institutional sales processes
- Prepare and deliver presentations to academic / corporate clients
- Provide accurate sales forecasting & sales reports as per guidelines provided
- Effectively solve problems and manage risk in achieving the sales budgets/targets
- Ensuring optimum utilization of resources and internal processes to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
- Follow up and ensure all post-sales activities are completed (including customer activation, on-site pieces of training, invoicing, Payment follow up, License agreement, customer health checkupsetc.)
Key Personality characteristics:
- Demonstrated Sales Leadership with the ability to build strong relationship with the customer organization
- Team Player who is firm, fair and flexible.
- Works independently without direct supervision
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff
- Good at problem-solving and conflict management
- Good communication skills - both oral & written
Desired Profile:
- 3- 7 years of relevant experience in Institutional/Corporate Sales
- Solution selling experience
- Strong client servicing experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
