Enterprise Sales Manager - AV Product Segment

Their focus is on three core markets: Enterprise (from meeting and control rooms to corporate spaces), Healthcare (from the radiology department to the operating room), and Entertainment (from movie theaters to live events and attractions).

Key Responsibilities:

- Defining sales & go-to-market strategy of the assigned territory to achieve sales target. Formulate strategy & micro action plans to penetrate new markets.

- Key corporate / enterprise account mapping & management.

- Maintaining contact & relationship with all key clients to ensure repeat business and cross / up selling.

- Extensive product demonstration and solution articulation to customers.

- Influencing buyers' purchase decision with consultative sales approach & product evangelism.

- Identifying, appointing, developing, training & starting business with new focused AV / UC / IT System Integrator partners or dealers.

- Conceptualize, initiate & execute "channel focused" marketing program to ensure partner loyalty.

- Driving distributor(s) to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly order & sales target consistently.

- Preparing / facilitating techno-commercial proposal & presentations.

- Enabling product team sharing market information, help share regular inputs to create innovative & effective marketing collaterals, eDM etc.

- Assigned territory specific database marketing.

- Driving forecast accuracy.

Experience and Qualification Required:

- 8 - 14 years of enterprise and channel sales in AV / UC / ProAV domain.

- Passion for hi-technology products.

- Ability to work calmly & deliver results under high pressure situation.

- Excellent process drive and professional funnel management skills.

- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.

- Capability of closing deals with CXOs.

- BE / B.Tech + MBA.
