Job description :   - Generating maximum business relationships with high volume tele-marketing & field sales  - Building a strong sales funnel & pipeline while creating maximum brand awareness for the organization  - Working with qualified leads, organizing site visits and negotiating deal closures  - Ensuring smooth coordination with operations team and fulfilling high standards of guest experience  - Organize & participate in trade shows, industry events, seminars & conferences to build network & awareness   - Depending on experience/ aptitude - leading a team of sales associates  Qualifications of an ideal candidate :   - Dynamic personality, ability to hold a pleasant conversation and be aggressive in closing deals  - Ability & willingness to hit personal & team targets month on month  - Comfortable with high volume calls, emails & in-person meetings  - Ability to qualify & prioritize leads by asking the right questions of potential clients  - Existing industry network a plus, but not mandatory  - Fluent in written & oral communication
