Manager - Enterprise Risk Management/Risk Assurance - Big4

Manager, reporting to the Associate Director

Location :

Gurgaon- 1 position

Mumbai- 1 position

Educational Background : B.E. / B.Tech/ CA; MBA or CFA/FRM desirable

Job Description :

- A risk management specialist with minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in managing complex projects across - Enterprise Risk Management, Risk analytics, Risk modelling and KRI framework deployment.

- Key role will be to lead and sell risk management services for one of the Leading BIG4s.

- The person should be willing to take up clear sales target and measured accordingly.

Key Competencies Required :

- Strong experience in model development, validation, scenario analysis, risk analytics, risk strategy.

- Experience of leading complex ERM engagements - ISO 31000, COSO ERM framework / standard

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, build and manage key accounts

- Business Development and ability to Manage a team of Assistant Managers and Consultants to get the ERM framework implemented.

CTC :

Its a combination of a very healthy Fixed salary and incentives and is not a constraint for deserving candidates.
