We have an urgent opening with one of the Big 4 firm :

Role : ERM Manager (Enterprise Risk Management)

Experience : 9-12 years

Education : Graduate/Post Graduate

Location : Bangalore

Work timings : 11 AM to 8 PM

Salary bands : Up to 25 Lakhs fixed

Job Description :

Technical skills :

- Solid experience and understanding of control concepts and processes with practical experience in Sarbanes-Oxley, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management

- Sound knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Committee of Sponsoring Organisations, and/or Control Objectives for Information and related Technology control frameworks

- Working knowledge of business processes and key risks and controls in the investment banking and broker dealer industries including front, middle, and back-office capital markets activities as well as key financial instruments and derivative products

Behavioral / team skills :

- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations

- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently
