The Client :
A leading pan-African business technology solutions provider and a technology partner for global brands.
The Role : Sales Manager - Enterprise Products.
Key Deliverables :
- Responsible for sales planning and creating sales road maps.
- Responsible for building the sales pipeline in terms of new and existing customers.
- Understand the Customers commercial, operational & technology challenges & opportunities.
- Focus on large opportunities, shaping end-to-end value proposition, system integration, hardware sales and managed services.
- Closing sales by building a rapport with potential accounts, explaining existing and new capabilities, preparing customized proposals and constantly engaging with them.
- Responsible for leading the sales team.
- Responsible for ongoing capability building for the sales function.
The Ideal person for the role :
- Masters in Engineering or MBA with about 7 to 12 years.
- Around 10 years hard core selling experience in Enterprise Hardware / Infrastructure products. Preference given to someone working with a good system integrator or a good hardware company.
- Product knowledge and experience in selling HP, DELL, EMC, Lenovo, CISCO products
- Experience closing large deals with enterprise customers.
- Good Team player, Excellent presentation skills, MS Office familiarity.
