With a pan-India footprint of total logistics area of 10 million sq. ft (covered warehousing area of 5 Mn sq. ft.) across 30 cities, it has quickly carved a niche for itself in providing a differentiated value offering to clients in line with global best practices. With the acquisitions of Innovative Logistics for Cold Chain and Roadways, the company also runs a fleet of over 2,000 trucks in Express, Less-than truck load and temperature-controlled transportation. The company's fast organic growth servicing 1000+ customers today are being supplemented with multiple acquisitions in the related space. To be the disruptor and market leader, by FY 22-23, it plans to have 50 Mn sq. ft. of modern warehousing operations spread across over 40 logistics parks and 30 cities & running a cross-country fleet of 50,000 vehicles in all major formats of Express, in-city distribution and temperature- controlled transportation

Role :

- Ability to handle a very long cycle deals for multi sector enterprises, High Pedigree, High energy,

- Experience in Supply chain industry or premier consulting firms with experience of offering Large Value Services to multi sector industries

Key Responsibilities :

- research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation.

- generate leads and cold call prospective customers

- meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

- foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

- understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

- think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

- work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

- have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

- liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate

- keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

- Must understand and negotiate a profitable pricing structure and service-level agreement that will increase the company's - share of wallet - in the warehousing and logistics industry.
