- Strengthen our capabilities to attain in depth understand of our customer business needs & infrastructure across various verticals, and positioning solutions to meet their needs
- Penetrate deeper to holistically expand our customer reach and business opportunities.
- To enable Company move up the value chain by offering solutions to customers.
Job Description:
- Is to act as an expert in his vertical and leverage this expertise to enable the clients meet their business objectives in an efficient and effective manner
- Take complete ownership for client management and engage with CXO- s
- Responsible for overall revenue generation from his/her set of enterprise accounts nationally and for expansion of wallet share from the client
- Identify, understand customer's existing processes/issues need and provide industry best practices, information, transformation and solutions
- Co-relate Business Process knowledge with Company product and services in order to optimize Company revenues and maximize opportunities through third party/ outsourcing options.
- Help design new solutions and strategies for the vertical
- To meet the client needs - collaborate with BUs and other internal stakeholders.
Enterprise Sales Competencies:
- Should be a self-starter, and take complete ownership of account
- Be ready to roll up his sleeves and work
- Interpersonal skills, influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, oral, spoken with strong presence when facing senior management
- Project management - conceptualize, articulate and selling skills.
- Strong leadership qualities for managing cross functional team, training and mentoring in-house team members and client's team
- Ability to co-ordinate with different stakeholder internally and at client location
