Engineering Manager - ML Position : Engineering Manager - ML Experience : 10+ yrs Job Location : Bangalore Qualification : B.Tech / B.E or Masters from Tier 1 Institutions Major Responsibilities : - Manage a team of machine learning engineers who will be responsible for scaling and deploying machine learning models for the organization. - Communicate/collaborate with stakeholders from data science, engineering and business teams - Create and maintain ML model training/prediction pipelines in production - Create re-usable tools and frameworks for ML model deployment and monitoring - Conduct internal workshops and external meetups, participate in external conferences, and give talks Qualifying Criteria : - Experience managing a team of 3 to 5 engineers in building production ML pipelines for model training/prediction - A passion for scaling and automating data science prototypes to create business impact - Experience working with large data sets, coming from varied sources - Experience working with open source ML libraries such as Tensorflow, PyTorch and XGBoost - Experience working with ML model training/deployment tools (such as Airflow, Kubeflow, Seldon) - Familiarity with data engineering tools (Flink/Spark/Kafka etc) - Experience with both object-oriented and functional programming concepts and languages Kindly Note : - Candidates from Internet/eCommerce or FinTech backgrounds are preferred to apply.
