Engineering Manager

Responsibilities :

- Participate in technical specification design, technical roadmap, and implementation.

- Perform and assist engineers through code reviews, acceptance testing, bug fixing, and general support.

- Help shape the direction of systems design by defining high-level architecture, principles, and standards.

- Manage engineers on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field

2. Your years of experience, pedigree, last role is all good to know. But, what we truly value is your knowledge, ideation, agility, team-spirit, can-do attitude and farsightedness

Skills :

1. Participate in and conduct tech architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews

2. Provide technical leadership, drive technology architecture and inculcate best practices

3. Languages + Frameworks: Java (Spring Boot), Angular, MongoDB

4. Comfortable bridging the strategic objectives of the organization with internal engineering practices

5. You should be responsible, transparent, reliable & accountable with good stakeholder management skills.
