Technical Proficiency:

- Extensive experience with web application frameworks like JAVA Spring, Spring boot.

- Proficiency in programming languages including Kotlin, Java, PHP.

- In-depth knowledge of datastores like Maria DB, Oracle.

- Familiarity with communication protocols like HTTP, Kafka, Amazon SQS, or Amazon SNS.

- Mastery in server management tools like Amazon ECS and Docker.

Leadership and Management:

- Proven ability to manage and inspire a team of technical professionals.

- Strong project management skills with a history of delivering projects on time and within scope.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

- Understanding of basic programming principles like SOLID and TDD.

Qualifications:

- 9+ years of software engineering experience, with a significant portion leading technical teams.

- A successful track record of team management, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.

- Proven experience in designing and developing complex solutions, including large-scale distributed systems.

- A history of building and managing high-performing software development teams.

- Experience driving design and architecture decisions with senior team members.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise presentations of technical information.

- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment (a plus).
