Role-based @ Corporate Ofiice -- Managing 5 Plants across india :

- Zero based budgeting across locations.

- Mapping of all Spares and Consumables in relation to whether they are directly related to production growth

- Tracking of stores spares expenses against budget and implementing actions for mitigating the impact.

- Rationalization of AMC- s, scope standardization to derive negotiation benefits.

- Consumption benchmarking of high-value consumables.

- Instituting controls to maintain stores and repairs budget within allocated numbers.

- Driving cost reduction initiatives in the areas of AMC, indigenization, vendor managed inventory and Maintenance.

- Keeping tab on inventory and identifying projects for optimizing non-moving noncritical inventory. Ensuring inventory levels within control in line with company policies.

- Compiling MIS for Engineering across locations.

- Developing and analyzing BI report for section level budget tracking, notifications analysis and sensitizing the plants for deviations as and when applicable.

- Developing a system for Equipment history and FMEA updation for critical Types of equipment and auto linkage with notifications.

- Analyzing high value/imported spares for its cost against consumption patterns across locations and throwing optimized/negotiable prices to Purchase team.

- Training and hand holding plant teams on approach towards Zero based budgeting and sensitizing for adherence to laid down systems.

- Conducting analytics to ascertain the ideal spares in terms of quality, compatibility, and suppliers in terms of best value and delivery schedules.

- Defining policies and standards for procurement and stocking of spares and consumables

Candidate Requirement:-

BE/ BTech & MBA ( Mandatory )

From NITIE preferred / OTHER MBA INSTITUTES ( CAN BE CONSIDERED )

From : Paint/Chemical Industry / Process Industry, in Maintenance function / spares / consumables / repairs / budgeting process know how / inventory management and controls, SAP MM Module Awareness is mandatory
