Position- Manager-Energy Projects

Location-Gurgaon

Qualifications:

- MBA would be preferred

- Graduation (B.E/ B.Tech) completed in Engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical)

- Prior Consulting experience is must

Essential Skills:

- Experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred - Smart Grid, Demand Side Management, Demand Response, Energy Efficiency Policy & Regulations, and Energy Conservation.

- Basic problem solving skills

- Excellent communication skills including proficiency in English

- Tools - proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Willingness to travel regularly; in some cases extended stay in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities

- The candidate should be self disciplined and self motivated

- Ability to innovate, create lasting relationships and work independently with little supervision

- Ability to manage tasks independently

- Ability to work in an organised manner

- Ability to work in teams

- Communication and documentation

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Technology adoption and implementation

- Project design and capacity building

- Improvement of operational efficiency of organisations/ business units or projects

- Business plan and strategy

- Policy formulation and advocacy, programme formulation

- Policy and regulations - advocacy and advisory

- Commercial and regulatory due diligence

- Financial analysis

- Market assessment

- Strategy advisory- Performance improvement

- Energy management plan and strategy

- Annual business plans

- Improving energy efficiency and optimizing returns
