Qualifications &amp; Skills&nbsp;: - 10+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, or Corporate Communication - Strong written and verbal communications skills with proven ability to communicate across audiences (experience communicating across cultures or international experience is a plus) - Demonstrated ability in using key recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Enterprise, Glassdoor to increase candidate pipeline and brand awareness - Strong analytical ability and understanding of key recruitment and marketing metrics to measure ROI/impact - Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive a cross-functional project to completion - Ability to travel Role Summary&nbsp;: - As a new Employer Branding Manager, you will partner with a variety of teams including HR, Marketing, Recruiting, and Communications to create meaningful content that captures the essence of our team, produce events that inspire thoughtful dialogue about our work and culture, and own how our talent brand is communicated across key digital platforms. - Develop a brand strategy that increases internal engagement and attracts external talent - Create dynamic messaging and events that are consistent with our culture and fully capture our employee experience - Produce content for and manage digital platforms (ex. Glassdoor, LinkedIn). - Set goals and measure the effectiveness of our talent brand strategy, reporting back results and investment ROI to Senior Management - Develop strategic and thoughtful end-to-end talent acquisition campaigns that generate brand awareness and actively build candidate pipeline. - Work closely with internal and external teams to uncover insights, develop a deep understanding of our employee journey, and influence strategies to enhance our hiring and employee experiences - Conduct competitive research to identify and execute on new talent brand strategies
