Manager- Employer Brand & Change management
Location : Mumbai(Andheri E), Bangalore(Golf Club) and Pune

Salary : Upto 20 LPA
- 8+ years' experience having directly managed multiple employer brand or recruitment marketing campaigns and employee engagement programs
- Deep understanding of different change management frameworks and demonstrable experience of managing business change programs and internal communications
- Strong experience in creative, marketing, and/or editorial writing
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with demonstrable experience of leveraging these platforms to improve employer brand and employee engagement
- Understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics. SEO understanding is a plus. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.

Requirement :
- Good Communication Skills (8/10)
- 8+ years' experience having directly managed multiple employer brand or recruitment marketing campaigns and employee engagement programs
- Hands-on experience around employer brand management, recruitment marketing, employee & candidate engagement methods and toolkit, is creative and can think of innovative ways of working and is not constrained by limited budget
- Deep understanding of different change management frameworks and demonstrable experience of managing business change programs and internal communications
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, project management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft office proficiency necessary
- Photography, Videography skills are a plus but not necessary
About Process :
- Lead change management planning & communication for various initiatives across different business lines
- Conceive, develop, and implement an employer brand & corporate social media strategy
- Collaborate with the HR and operations team to develop employer brand campaigns, support ongoing talent acquisition drives & social media campaigns
- Curate & manage the company's brand story, and social media profiles & presence, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, Instagram & any other relevant channels
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand story
- Engage with, define scope of work, negotiate, and manage 3rd party vendors to support ongoing brand management, change management & communication activities
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
- Provide day-to-day oversight of all branding & social media related actions
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
- Work alongside the company marketing team to help distribute content relevant for our audience and that supports the company marketing goals
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target audience

Education :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
